WINTER WEATHER. It looks like our extended fall is finally over, and winter weather has arrived. Here are a couple of reminders to help keep our students safe and warm this winter. Send your student to school with a warm coat and appropriate shoes. Make sure that the school has your current phone number and email address. If there is a school closure, we will be sending notices via phone call, text message, email, notifications on the district app, Facebook, and local media. We will do our best to let you know far enough in advance to make any necessary arrangements for your students. Thank you for your support, and enjoy the winter!

Several of our FFA Chapter members enjoyed an awesome meal and good company for our Thanksgiving Bash. We were lucky enough to be joined by three of our State FFA Officers who talked with us about some contest opportunities students have in FFA.

We celebrated Halloween with a fun Cupcake Wars competition in our Foods and Nutrition and Culinary classes!

Intro to Culinary students made homemade pizzas and pizza bombs this week! They were delicious!

Business technology students (Publishing, Graphic Design, Web Design, and Business Computer Applications) researched businesses that have failed, famous logos that got changed, and technology that became outdated and learned about business management pitfalls, marketing/product design pitfalls, and graphic design pitfalls to avoid and had a blast doing so! Come check out their work in the halls of SFHS. #BusinessisEverywhere #BusinessStudentsRock

Final Equine Science ride for the school year is now in the books! We were lucky enough to be allowed to join several families in helping get their cattle in off of their forest allotment for the year. Thanks to Jon Kay, Luke Davis, Cody Hill, and all the other families involved in allowing us to join you!
