Mrs. Hammond's classes have been busy this week. Teen Living classes started their sewing unit this week and are making Monster Pillows to be donated. Foods & Nutrition knocked it out of the park with their homemade version of Pizza Bombs. Culinary has been working hard on their Food Truck Final Projects that they will present next week to select judges. It's been a great week in the Family Consumer Sciences Department!

Fremont County Juniors were invited and enjoyed touring the beautiful CSI Campus and museum. With the anticipated expansion of the Idaho Launch Program for the 2024 graduating class, I would encourage exploring the technical education programs offered at our Idaho Colleges.

Mrs. Hammond's Culinary Class toured two restaurants today! They started at Chick-Fil-A learning about the fast food industry, enjoyed lunch and complimentary milkshakes! Then they got spoiled at Texas Roadhouse and learned about Food Safety and the casual dining restaurant industry. They were spoiled with rolls and free appetizers. Texas Roadhouse also sent us back to school with free appetizer coupons for all the teachers and staff! Thank you Chick-Fil-A and Texas Roadhouse for a great day!
